US delivery, with the practical details upfront.

Where we deliver

We currently sell for delivery to serviceable addresses in the United States only. This product is fulfilled from available US warehouse stock. We do not silently substitute shipment from China when US stock runs out. Address eligibility and carrier availability must be confirmed for each order.

Price and shipping charge

The pink hanging toiletry bag is US$19.90. The black adjustable dog seat belt is US$16.90. Both prices include standard US shipping when ordering is available. Applicable sales tax, if collected, is shown separately by Stripe before payment. There is no subscription. We do not charge extra shipping after payment without your agreement.

Estimated timing

Allow approximately 1–3 business days for processing, followed by approximately 3–8 business days in transit for the toiletry bag, or 3–5 business days for the dog tether. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, carrier disruption, address checks and stock changes can affect timing.

If an order cannot ship on time

We will contact you with the delay and available options. You can accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we cancel and refund it. We do not require you to wait for our supplier to reimburse us before we handle your refund.

Address, tracking and missing parcels

Check your shipping address carefully before paying. Request corrections immediately through support; changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing begins. Tracking is provided when available. If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the item has not arrived, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. A carrier scan alone does not automatically end our review.
